Is there anything more decadent and delicious than an Opera slice?! For me it's the ultimate treat, I mean when it comes to sweet treats it really doesn't get any better than this! Delicious layers of soft sponge cake soaked in coffee, chocolate ganache, and coffee buttercream. Basically you won't be able to to stop yourself from eating the whole slice, and then moments later you'll probably feel pretty ill but it won't stop you from thinking about having another!
If you have never tried an Opera slice before I suggest you pop off to your local French cafe quick smart!
