Happy new year my dears! I hope you all had an amazing new years eve and weren't feeling too sorry for yourselves in the morning! In this house we were both still sick but decided we HAD to drag ourselves out for a little while. So we went to a party, chatted to some people, drank a little champagne and fell back into bed around 3am. When I woke up in the morning a had a slightly fuzzy head from the champagne but had also completely lost my voice! Oops! Oh well nothing that waffles with strawberries and cream for breakfast and a long lazy day in bed couldn't fix. Now I'm just super excited to get this year started!
